Ordering

All orders received by 12 noon on Friday will be ordered from the suppliers for delivery to us on Monday, they will then be embroidered during that week and dispatched to you by the end of that week. This will make delivery from date of initial order between 7 and 14 days. If there are any delays beyond our control you will be informed by email at the earliest convenience and we will always keep you in the picture.

Postage and Packaging

Postage and packing has been reduced. Small items will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class and postage is priced accordingly, for large and heavy items we have secured a consignment rate of up to 15kg from one of the national carrier services and will need to be signed for on arrival.

Therefore postage and packing will normally range from £1.95 up to max £8.50 rather than a per item charge and you will be informed at the checkout stage.

• Orders up to £10.00 in value will cost £1.95 Postage 1st class
• Orders from £10.01-£15.00 will cost £2.95 Postage 1st class
• Orders from £15.01-£35.00 will cost £5.50 Carriage
• Orders from £35.01-£60.00 will cost £7.50 Carriage
• Orders over £60.01 will be charged at £8.50 Carriage
• Orders over £15.01 will be delivered by national carrier and will need to be signed for on arrival.
